We're thrilled to welcome Simon Laurent to the iFLUX team as our new Head of Growth and Partnerships!

Simon (35) hails from Wallonia and now lives in Brussels with his family. When he's not at work, you'll find him on the rugby pitch, offshore sailing, or trail running through nature – always close to water, which says a lot about his passion for our blue planet.

Simon studied business engineering at the Solvay Brussels School and spent 10 years at a Belgian SME producing water pumps, where he developed deep expertise in the water industry. His belief that water is a precious resource we must take better care of brought him to iFLUX, where he'll bring his experience and energy to building strong, long-lasting partnerships throughout the value chain.

Why did you choose iFLUX?

Simon: "I strongly believe that water is an important resource, which we should take better care of. iFLUX's commitment to sustainable groundwater management aligns perfectly with my values."

How have your first weeks been?

Simon: "I've discovered an amazing team with lots of funny characters, and also a really good value proposition to clients. The energy here is infectious!"

What do you see as iFLUX's greatest added value?

Simon: "The excellent knowledge of groundwater dynamics combined with a unique product and high sense of service. This combination is rare in the market and positions iFLUX as a true innovator."

Welcome to the team, Simon!
